Its premium spherical bearing and specialized low-friction, heat-resistant seals are built to resist the toughest challenges — sand, mud, jumps, and high-speed driving—making it perfectly suited for the relentless demands of rally raid.
550 Technology Highlights
A fully CNC-machined body with a machined reservoir bridge limits flex and connecting points to provide superior stability and strength to each part, making the 550 resistant and precise.
Independent Rebound and Compression (High- and Lowspeed) valves let you dial and fine-tune the suspension settings to fit your every need. A broad adjustment range helps to cater each damper to your use case.
With its 55mm piston size, the 550 is adaptable for a variety of use cases in desert racing. From SSV to T1+, in single or double configuration, this damper offers great stability, proven design, and a perfect balance of weight and force.
Optional technologies such as HDP for progressive compression, CCV (Corner Control Valve) for enhanced cornering stability, or RCV (Rebound Control Valve) for traction, ensure maximum control and feedback.
